仮想通貨アプリの米国市場拡大に向けた「マーケティング＆グロースチームアシスタント」を2名募集します。未経験歓迎！マーケティングへの情熱と、クリプト・テック業界で成長したいという意欲をお持ちの方を歓迎します。英語圏ユーザーの獲得・エンゲージメントを高める戦略の実行支援を行うチームの一員として活躍いただきます。
具体的には、SNSキャンペーンの運営、魅力的なニュースレターやブログ記事の作成、プロダクト＆デザインチームとの協業によるアプリの使いやすさ向上、データ分析に基づくマーケティング最適化などを担当します。

■ The Role

We’re seeking two Marketing & Growth Team Assistants to help scale our presence in the U.S. market for our virtual currency app. No prior experience is needed?bring your passion for marketing and a desire to grow in the exciting world of crypto and tech! You’ll be part of a dynamic team, helping to execute strategies that drive user growth and engagement in English-speaking markets. Your tasks will include managing social media campaigns, creating engaging newsletters and blog posts, collaborating with product and design teams to enhance app usability, and analyzing data to optimize our marketing efforts.

■ Job Description:

Support initiatives to increase the number and engagement of app users in English-speaking markets.
Coordinate with product and design teams to implement strategies for KPI improvement:
・ SNS
・ Email/Blog newsletters
・ UX/UI improvements
・ Data-driven campaign planning

The growth team consists of 6 members, while the overall team includes 20. Employees work in a high-performance environment where success is rewarded through above-market compensation.
