Overview:
• Bilingual kindergartens
• Age group: Two to six years old
• Class size: Up to 30 students
• Working shift: Nine hours (which includes one-hour break), typically Monday through Friday. Regular working hours are 8:30 to 17:30.
Key features:
• Emphasizes a bilingual environment where children are exposed to English and Japanese.
• Includes academic subjects taught in English, such as math, science, and literacy.
• Offers Japanese-language classes and activities, including music, vocational role-play, and our physical education program – the aptly named “Ninja Class.”
Teacher responsibilities include:
• Teaching and planning classes that are taught in English.
• Assisting with lessons that are taught in Japanese, and participating in sports classes, outdoor play, and event days.
• Helping facilitate snack, lunch, and toilet breaks.
