Overview:
• Bilingual kindergartens
• Age group: 2 to 6 years old
• Class size: Up to 32 students
• Working shift: Shifts consist of eight hours of work with a one-hour break (a total commitment of nine hours). A typical shift is from 8:30 to 17:30.
Key features:
• Emphasizes a bilingual environment where children are exposed to English and Japanese.
• Includes academic subjects taught in English, such as reading, writing, and math.
• Offers Japanese-language classes and activities, including music, vocational role-play, and our physical education program – the aptly named “Ninja Class.”
Teacher responsibilities include:
• Providing childcare within a bilingual kindergarten setting and teaching classes conducted in English.
• Assisting with lessons that are taught in Japanese, and participating in sports classes, outdoor play, and event days.
• Performing daily cleaning of the classroom and school as part of shared staff responsibilities.
