After-school program
–Age group: Three to 12 years old
–Class size: 30 plus students
–Key features: Offers an immersive English environment where children develop language skills through play, activities, and lessons. Prioritizes communication abilities, social skills, and confidence-building. Teachers lead a variety of programs, including free play and structured lessons.
–Teacher responsibilities include:
o Leading and supporting interactive English programs.
o Preparing for and participating in school events.
o Working effectively with bilingual teachers and other staff.

Bilingual kindergarten
–Age group: Two to six years old
–Class size: Up to 30 students
–Key features: Emphasizes a dual-language environment, where children are exposed to both English and Japanese to promote bilingual learning. Includes academic subjects taught in English, including math, science, and literacy.
–Teacher responsibilities include:
o Teaching and planning English classes.
o Assisting teachers with classes taught in Japanese.
o Participating in sports classes, outdoor play, and event days .

English conversation school (eikaiwa)
–Age group: Three to 14 years old
–Class size: Up to six students
–Key features: Focuses on fun and creative classes that teach real-life conversational skills. Small class sizes allow for strong personalized attention for students. Classes are usually 50 minutes and emphasize phonics and pronunciation.
–Teacher responsibilities include:
o Teaching and planning classes for different ability levels.
o Tracking student progress and providing feedback.
o Assisting with school upkeep.
