What we do
One of our major priorities is sourcing new talent for YARUKI Switch Group schools. We hire native English-speaking teachers and Japanese-speaking/bilingual staff for many of the company’s brands, including its English schools – i Kids Star, Kids Duo, Kids Duo International, and WinBe. This includes for directly managed and franchise locations.
We also provide dispatch services for when teachers are called away from the classroom. When the situation requires, our friendly and capable teachers cover classes all across Japan. This means schools can continue to run smoothly and students can expect minimal interruptions to class schedules.
Extending our expertise to clients across the country
We also excel at using our skills and experience to benefit clients outside of the YARUKI Switch Group family. With our proven track record of finding talented, qualified English-speaking individuals, we support clients in fields such as tourism, hospitality, translation, and customer service.
