Job Description
Kids Duo teachers lead large and small groups of students (ages three to 12) in a variety of highly active games and activities. This includes arts and crafts, music and dance, social studies, outdoor programs, and more.

【Size of class】
Size varies depending on the assigned school, but the number of students is typically about 30 to 50 per day.
【Specific tasks】
■Prepare for lessons and events
■Follow the Kids Duo framework of lessons, while developing your own personalized and unique approach in teaching
■Clean and organize school
■Plan and organize events: Halloween, Christmas, spelling bees, speech contests, etc.
■Interact with parents
■Engage in promotional activities (handing out flyers, trial lessons, etc.)

- Working Days and Hours
- ■5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
■9 hours a day, including a 1 hour break
■Shifts generally occur between 9:00 to 20:00. A typical shift is from 11:00 to 20:00
■Occasional weekend work for promotional activities and events

- ■Company holidays which fall predominantly on the three main holidays in Japan:

・Obon Week
・End of Year/New Year
- Non-Smoking Environment
- Smoking is prohibited in the surrounding school area.
