YARUKI Switch Career Dispatch Teachers cover classes at YARUKI Switch Group schools, helping ensure that students and their parents/guardians can expect a consistent educational experience.
Typically, Dispatch Teachers work at a specific school for a month or two at a time, although this can vary based on a school's needs.
Dispatch Teachers receive comprehensive training with one or more of the schools in the YARUKI Switch Group network. This includes i Kids Star, Kids Duo, Kids Duo International, and WinBe. In many cases, teachers receive training with multiple brands, allowing them to work in different school settings and develop a versatile professional skill set.
YARUKI Switch Career Dispatch Teachers provide coverage at both directly managed and franchise schools:
・Directly managed locations are owned and operated by YARUKI Switch Group.
・Franchise locations are owned and run by independent owners who have an agreement with YARUKI Switch Group.
【Primary responsibilities】
■Maintain strong communication with YARUKI Switch Career support team to ensure effective assistance for schools.
■Show strong professionalism and collaborate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking staff in assigned schools to ensure smooth daily operations.
■Demonstrate ability and willingness to travel for long-distance assignments.
■Ensure that timesheets are properly completed and submitted each week.
■Adhere to the expectations of the brand they are assigned to, including those related to role responsibilities, work hours, dress code, and basic conduct.
■Additional duties may be assigned as needed by relevant schools (franchise or direct) or YARUKI Switch Career.
・WinBe (English conversation school): 7 hours and 15
minutes of work with a 45-minute break (8 hours total).
Tuesday to Friday shifts: 12:00-20:00, 12:30-20:30, or 13:00-21:00. Saturday shifts: 10:00-18:00
・Kids Duo (After-school program): 8 hours of work with a 01:00 break (9 hours total). Shifts Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 (Typical shift: 11:00-20:00).
・i Kids Star (Bilingual kindergartens): 8 hours of work with a 01:00 break (9 hours total). Shifts Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 (Typical shift: 08:30-17:30).
■Occasional weekend work for promotional activities and special events.
