The company has successfully expanded their residential concierge services over the years.
Currently, they actively service over 350 properties, including luxury condominiums, with a dedicated team of more than 1000 employees.
Alongside its affiliate companies, the organization has expanded their business into a diverse range of living and lifestyle services including residential security, housekeeping, and household goods storage.

■Job Details

Role:
Provide premium front-desk and concierge services across a select group of luxury residences, serving a diverse community of local and international residents.

Specific Concierge Duties:
・Providing information about building facilities to residents and visitors.
・Handling reservations and reception for common facilities.
・Daily life support services (e.g., handling dry cleaning and parcel deliveries).

Headquarters Staff Duties:
・Covering shifts at vacant properties.
・Providing practical training for new staff.
・Launching services at newly contracted properties.

English Language Use:
In this role, you will assist residents with inquiries both inside the building and out in the community - including navigating local government offices, public amenities, and nearby attractions.

■Working Conditions

Location: Luxury apartments within Tokyo's 23 wards (mainly Akasaka, Roppongi, and Shinjuku areas).

Work Hours: Shift system between 08:00 and 20:00 depending on work location
Modified working hours system on a 1-month basis / Monthly average of 173 hours.
Any hours worked beyond the prescribed monthly shift hours will be paid as overtime.

Break Time: 1 hour

Base Salary: Monthly salary from 290,000 yen + 100% of overtime paid + Bi-annual bonus

■Requirements & Selection

Qualifications:
・Status of Residence for Recruitment: Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services
・Japanese: JLPT N1 required (conversational skills must be at N1 level).
・English: TOEIC 700+ level (certification not strictly required).
・PC Skills: Basic operation of Word and Excel.
・Experience: Preference for those with hospitality experience in the airline or hotel industries.

Appearance Standards:
・Adherence to company grooming and formal dress code policies required.
・Wearing the provided uniform is mandatory.
・Location-specific standards apply (including guidelines for conservative business hosiery and makeup).

Selection Process:
Two interviews: 1st interview (HR) including a written English test, followed by a final interview with site management.
