■ Job Details
[Job Description]
Experience a blend of Japanese "Omotenashi" (hospitality) and international friendliness.
Main Responsibilities:
・Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
・Guest relations, phone inquiries, and reservation management
・Cash register balancing, light property cleaning, room checks, and generating management reports
・Data entry of customer information, as well as consulting and aligning with the Hotel Manager and Team Leaders
Future Responsibilities:
・Revenue and sales management, and full cash register closing procedures
・Generating advanced management sheets, compiling essential data, and overseeing customer information systems

[Working Hours]
Monthly variable working hours system (8 actual working hours).
Shifts:
・Early Shift: 06:00-15:00 (1-hour break)
・Early Shift: 07:00-16:00 (1-hour break)
・Mid Shift: 11:00-20:00 (1-hour break)
・Mid Shift: 12:00-21:00 (1-hour break)
・Late Shift: 14:30-23:30 (1-hour break)
・Night Shift: 21:00-07:00 (2-hour break)
・Night Shift: 22:00-08:00 (2-hour break)

60-minute break (Note: This applies to shifts 1-5; shifts 6 and 7 specify 2 hours).

・Customer service experience is required.
・English Proficiency: Business level.
・Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2.
