■ Job description
Job Title : Travel Partner (Hotel Front Desk & Concierge)
Job Description :
・ Managing guest check-in and check-out operations.
・ Providing hotel information, property orientation, and general guest services.
・ Handling reservation inquiries via email and telephone.
・ Serving as a local guide by recommending sightseeing spots, hidden gems, and cultural experiences to guests.
・ Note: Over 90% of guest interactions will be conducted entirely in English.
・ Brainstorming and implementing creative guest service initiatives to elevate the overall travel and stay experience.
Working Conditions
Location : Assigned to a facility within Osaka or Kyoto Prefectures specific initial location will be finalized after an official job offer is extended. Future transfers and relocations across locations are possible).
Work Hours : 3-shift rotation system (No night shifts).
・ Early shift: 07:00 - 16:00
・ Mid shift: 09:00 - 18:00
・ Late shift: 13:00 - 22:00
Average weekly working hours: 40 hours .
Overtime : Approximately 5-10 hours per month.
Break Time : 60 minutes.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary : 240,000 yen per month.
Estimated Annual Income : 3.36 million yen - 4.27 million yen (Calculated based on actual bonus payouts from the previous fiscal year).
Overtime Pay : Available (Based on hours worked).
Bonus : Twice a year (June and December).
Salary Increase : Twice a year (July and January).
Holidays : 117 days/year (includes annual paid leave, maternity/childcare leave, refresh leave, anniversary leave, stock leave(accumulated sick leave), congratulatory/condolence leave, etc.).
Dormitory : Not available.
