■Job Description
・Comprehensive Front Desk & Reception Operations: Check-in/out, guest room escorting, reservations, arranging various guest requests, phone handling, etc.
・Payment Processing & Settlement
・Night Shift Duty: Approximately 10 days per month; handled equally by all permanent employees)
■Scope of Changes in Duties
Potential for involvement in all operations of the corporation in the future, depending on the company's business situation and individual aptitude.
■Work Locations
・Kyoto: 2 facilities in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City.
・Osaka: 6 facilities (Sakai City, Moriguchi City, Osaka City, and 3 facilities in Chuo-ku, Osaka City including a brand-new location opened in January 2025)
■Scope of Changes in Work Location
Any facility operated by our corporation. (Relocation or transfer may occur based on the corporation’s business conditions and operational needs).
■Working Conditions
・Working Hours: Monthly Modified Working Hours System (Averaging 172 hours/month)
・Actual Working Hours: 8 hours per day
・Break time: 60 minutes
・Shift Examples: 07:00-16:00, 15:00-00:00 (next day), 23:00-08:00 (next day)

■Application Requirements
・At least 2 years of experience at a hotel front desk
・Able to provide customer service in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
・English proficiency at daily conversation level or higher (English is essential as 90% of guests in some facilities are international tourists/business travelers, and employees communicate in English)
