■ Job Posting: HR Support for Vietnamese Technical Interns and Specified Skilled Workers

■ Company Overview

This company manages and supports Vietnamese technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers in Japan.
It works closely with supervisory organizations, host companies, and Vietnamese sending organizations.

■ Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting Vietnamese workers living and working in Japan.
This includes recruitment coordination, documentation, lifestyle support, and communication with stakeholders.

■ Key Responsibilities

・Coordinate with Vietnamese sending organizations and Japanese supervising organizations
・Provide daily life and employment support to Vietnamese workers
・Prepare and submit documents to government agencies (Immigration, Labor, etc.)
・Interpret and translate between Japanese and Vietnamese as needed
・Conduct orientations, guidance sessions, and follow-ups with workers
・Respond to day-to-day inquiries or concerns from trainees
・Participate in company briefings, training sessions, and inspection visits

■ Location

・Tokyo Headquarters and other areas in Japan where trainees are placed

■ Requirements

Languages:
・Vietnamese (native level)
・Japanese: JLPT N2 or above is preferred

■ Experience:
・Experience working with foreign nationals or in human resources is a plus
・Experience in supervising or supporting technical interns is highly welcomed

■ Working Conditions

・Employment Type: Full-time employee
・Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
・Salary: Based on experience and internal regulations
・Days Off: Weekends, national holidays, summer break, and year-end holidays
