■Job Details

Role:
Oversee comprehensive property owner relations and operational management for vacation rentals in Hakuba, serving both international property owners and guests.

Specific Operational Duties:
・Overseeing comprehensive property owner relations for vacation rentals.
・Managing booking and reservation systems while providing guest support during stays.
・Handling end-to-end operational management of rental properties.

■Working Conditions

Location: Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture

Work Hours: Super-Flex Time System (No core hours; standard schedule typically between 10:00 and 19:00).
Overtime varies by season, averaging 30 minutes to 1 hour per day.

Base Salary: Estimated annual salary of 3,780,000 to 5,500,000 yen.
Base monthly salary from 270,000 yen (includes fixed monthly overtime pay of 69,176 yen for 45 hours/month; extra overtime fully paid as additional allowance) + Bi-annual bonus.

■Requirements & Selection

Qualifications:
・Japanese: JLPT N4 or higher required (negotiable).
・English: Native-level skills required.
・Driver's License: Valid driver's license required (AT restricted acceptable).
・PC Skills: Basic operation of typing, Google Sheets, and email correspondence.
・Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
・Mindset: Strong motivation to build a long-term hospitality career in Japan.

Holidays & Leave:
・8 days off per month + Public Holidays (Approx. 120 annual days off total)
・Annual Paid Leave (10 days minimum after 6 months)
・Year-End / New Year Leave (3 to 4 days)

Selection Process:
