■Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiving) - Chiba Prefecture

■【Work Location】
Care facilities in Midori Ward and Wakaba Ward, Chiba City

■【Job Description】
・Physical caregiving (getting up, meals, toileting, etc.)
・Includes night shifts (average 4 times/month)
・No experience required ・ Open to all nationalities ・ Online interviews available

■【Salary & Allowances】
・Base salary: 200,000 yen up to 270,000 yen depending on experience and qualifications
・Night shift allowance: 10,000 yen per shift
・Qualification allowance: up to 25,000 yen (for Certified Care Worker)
・Commuting allowance: up to 30,000 yen
・Bonus: twice a year (based on previous year’s results)
・Salary increase: once a year (based on performance)

■【Working Hours (Shift-based)】
・7:00 to 16:00 / 8:30 to 17:30 / 10:00 to 19:00
・Night shift: 16:30 to 9:30 / 22:00 to 7:00
・Days off: 107 days/year, paid leave available
