■【Job Description】
You will be assigned to the following duties as a home-visit caregiver.
For the first two months after joining, you will gain experience in facility-based care.

■Main Duties
・Assistance with meals
・Toileting support
・Bathing assistance
・Changing clothes
・Body cleaning
・Bed maintenance and cleaning
・Wheelchair mobility support
・Assistance with standing up and sitting down
・Medication assistance
・Other daily life support

・Commuting distance is within walking range
・Qualification allowance, improvement allowance, and overtime pay provided separately
・Almost no night shifts after joining! You will gradually take on night duties as you become accustomed

■【Work Location】
384-1 Kitaura, Shimacho, Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture

■【Work Hours】
4-shift rotating system
・06:30 - 15:30
・08:30 - 17:30
・09:00 - 18:00
・16:00 - 09:00 (next day)

■【Base Salary】
・Base salary: 200,000 yen
・Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen per shift
・Improvement allowance: 10,000 yen/month
・Qualification allowance: 10,000 yen/month (for certified care workers)
・Overtime pay provided separately
・Bonus: Paid twice a year (based on company performance)
・Estimated annual bonus: 200,000 yen

・105 days/year
・Shift-based system: 4 weeks / 8 days off
