■Job Description

Position: System Planning, Design, and Development

・Development of budget and cost management software packages
・Maintenance of existing services

Opportunities:

・Depending on experience, involvement in upstream phases such as requirement definition, project management, detailed design, and implementation
・Skill development support through hackathons and innovation time (20% of working hours dedicated to skill improvement)

■Work Location

Shinjuku Kifuu Building 7F, 7-2-4 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo

■Working Hours

・09:00-18:00 (8 hours actual work, 1-hour break)
・Overtime: Approx. 20 hours/month

■Compensation & Benefits

・Expected Monthly Salary: from 288,720 yen
・Base Salary: 233,620-280,000 yen
・Fixed Overtime Allowance: from 35,100 yen (19 hours/month)
※ Additional payment for overtime exceeding the above

・Bonus: Twice yearly (July and December), recent average 5.3 months salary

・Annual holidays: 127 days
・Complete 5-day workweek (Sat, Sun, Holidays off)
・Summer vacation: 9 consecutive days
・Year-end/New Year vacation: 10 consecutive days
・Paid leave: 10 days in first year, 11-20 days from 2nd year onwards

■Requirements

・Development experience in C# and Windows applications (must be in Japan)
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2

Preferred:
・Web application development experience (TypeScript)
