■Job Description
You will be responsible for construction management tasks, including:
・Cost and progress management
・Ordering and coordinating subcontractors
・Project scheduling and control
・Owner and neighborhood relations
Your role ensures stable project execution, with opportunities for career advancement into senior management roles based on performance.

・Reinforced concrete (RC) condominiums
・Government projects
■Work Location
・Hiratsuka branch office (Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa)
・Head office (Fujisawa City, Kanagawa)
・Construction sites mainly in the Shonan region (direct commute to site may be required)
■Working Hours
・08:00-17:00 (8 hours actual working time, 60-minute break)
・Approx. 20 hours overtime/month
・Direct commute to/from construction sites is standard
■Salary & Benefits
・Annual salary: 6,200,000-10,000,000 yen (12-month division)
・Monthly salary: 517,000-834,000 yen (includes fixed overtime allowance of 26 hrs/month)

■Qualifications
・Experience in construction management for new RC structures
・Preferred: Certified Construction Management Engineer (1st or 2nd class)
・Experience with public sector construction projects (demolition/renovation included)
・Experience in cost management and/or as site supervisor
・At least 3 years of relevant experience
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
