■Job Description
This position involves front desk operations at apartment-style resort hotels. Night shifts are not required. You will support guests throughout their stay while maintaining smooth daily hotel operations.
■Responsibilities
・Check-in and check-out operations
・Reservation confirmation and guest support via email and phone
・Providing information on local sightseeing spots and restaurants
・Coordination with cleaning companies
・Guest communication in English and Japanese
・Report creation (complaint handling reports, etc.)
・Simple accounting-related tasks

・Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture
・Kumejima, Okinawa Prefecture
■Working Hours
Shift-based schedule under a monthly variable working hours system.
Example shifts:
・7:00-16:00
・9:00-18:00
・13:00-22:00
・Break time: 60 minutes
■Holidays & Leave
・117 days off per year
・Two days off per week (shift-based)
・Summer and winter holidays available
・Paid leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment
■Compensation
・Base salary: 240,000 yen per month
・Fixed overtime allowance: 70,571 yen
・Commuting allowance provided (up to 40,000 yen per month)
