■Job Description
You will be responsible for front desk operations at apartment-style hotels primarily serving international guests. Over 80 percent of staff members are non-Japanese, creating a highly global workplace environment.
■Responsibilities
・Check-in and check-out operations
・Providing hotel and local area information to guests
・Handling reservation inquiries via email and phone
・Responding to guest questions and requests in English and Japanese
・Supporting smooth daily hotel operations
■Work Location
Assigned to one of the company’s apartment hotels located within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Specific assignment will be determined after hiring.
■Working Hours
Shift-based schedule under a monthly variable working hours system (average 40 hours per week).
Example shifts include 7:00-16:00, 9:00-18:00, and 13:00-22:00.
・No night shifts
・Average overtime: approximately 5-10 hours per month

・117 days off per year
・Shift-based two-day weekend system
・Paid leave granted upon joining (3-10 days initially)
・Additional paid refresh leave (3 days in June and 3 days in November)

■Compensation
・Monthly salary: 240,000 yen
・Base salary: approximately 210,000 yen
・Fixed allowance: 30,000 yen per month
・Expected annual salary: 3,360,000-4,270,000 yen
・Salary determined based on skills and experience

■Qualifications
・Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
・No prior hotel experience required
・Customer service mindset and strong communication skills
・Experience as part-time or temporary staff acceptable
