IGS Academy is an international education-based sports school founded on the SHAPE America physical education curriculum from the U.S. and the ADAPT parkour certification from the U.K. The program helps children naturally develop fundamental motor skills (FMS) and self-defense instincts through various ball games and physical activities in an English-speaking environment.

■Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual manager and coach to lead physical education and basketball classes conducted in English for children ages 3-15.

■Responsibilities

・Teach English-based physical education and basketball programs
・Guide, support, and supervise children in an international learning environment

■Work Location

Ota Ward (Kamata, Omori, Ikegami)

■Working Hours

・Thursday (Ikegami): 6:00-7:00PM
・Saturday (Kamata): 4:00-6:00PM
・Saturday (Omori): 3:30-5:30PM
・Sunday (Kamata): 9:00-11:00AM

■Compensation & Benefits

・Hourly wage: 1,500-2,500 yen

■Qualifications

・Professional appearance, good manners, and appropriate communication skills for working with children
・At least 2 years of sports coaching (ages 3-15) or language instruction experience (ages 3-12)
・Preferred: Sports license or certification
・Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
