■Job Description

You will be responsible for motorcycle performance and durability testing as part of the development process. Tasks include:
・Assembly and disassembly of prototype vehicles
・On-road vehicle performance testing
・Engine and power unit bench testing for durability
・Collection and organization of test data
・Preparation of materials and reports
・Participation in meetings and related tasks

Assignments may vary depending on your skills and experience. During interviews, we will discuss the best fit projects for you.

Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture

■Working Hours

・Standard shift: 09:00-18:00 (including 60-minute break)

■Salary & Benefits

・Base salary: 205,000-275,000 yen/month (depending on skills and experience)
・Overtime and late-night allowance paid per minute
・Bonus: twice yearly (July, December)

■Qualifications

・Experience using basic tools (screwdriver, caliper, wrench, etc.)
・Interest in automobiles or motorcycles
・Understanding of vehicle/machinery structure
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
・Mechanic certification preferred

・2 rounds of interviews (first online, final in person)
