■Job Description
Providing transportation and tour guide services for domestic and international tourists, as well as business transportation services.
■Main Duties
・Airport Transfers
Transport customers between airports and hotels. During transfers, you may introduce recommended sightseeing spots or provide commentary from the vehicle.
・Sightseeing Tours
Guide customers to major tourist attractions in Tokyo by hire car. After gaining experience, you will also have opportunities to guide tours to suburban areas such as Hakone, Mt. Fuji, and Nikko. In some cases, you will serve as both driver and guide; in others, you will drive with a professional guide seated in the passenger seat.
・Business Transportation
Transport business professionals to and from business trips and accompany them to multiple appointments, ensuring efficient and safe travel while considering time schedules.
■Work Location
Head Office: 3-6-11 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo (TFT Building East Wing, 8th Floor). Nearest stations are Kokusai-Tenjijo Station and Tokyo Big Sight Station. Car commuting is not allowed.
■Employment Status
Full-time employee. Visa status: Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services.
■Requirements
・At least one year has passed since obtaining a standard Japanese driver’s license (AT limited acceptable). Applicants with a foreign driver’s license must be able to convert it to a Japanese license. Final interviews will be conducted after license conversion, and conversion costs must be borne by the applicant.
・Ability to hold daily conversations in English

■Experience and Education
No experience required. Second-time graduates welcome. Emphasis is placed on personality and motivation. Educational background not required.
■Salary and Benefits
・Monthly salary: 235,000 yen and above (previous experience and salary considered)
・Probation period: 2 months (salary during probation: 230,000 yen per month)
・Allowances include transportation expenses (fully covered), overtime allowance, assignment allowance, and overnight stay allowance
・Bonus paid twice a year depending on company performance
・Salary increase once per year based on performance and ability
・Full social insurance coverage (health insurance, employees’ pension, workers’ accident compensation insurance, employment insurance)
■Working Hours
Shift-based work between 6:00 and 25:00. Working hours may vary depending on early arrivals or delays of customer flights or customer schedules. Approximate working time is eight hours per day, with approximately 25 hours of overtime per month. Break time ranges from 60 to 120 minutes. Average working days are approximately 20 days per month (245 working days per year).
■Holidays and Leave
Shift system with 10 days off per month. Additional leave includes bereavement leave, paid annual leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, anniversary leave (one day per year), summer vacation (three days per year), and home country support leave (five consecutive days, foreign nationals only). Total annual holidays are 121 days.
■Hiring Schedule and Selection Process
Expected start date is August 2026. The selection process includes an online casual interview, document screening, personality assessment and first interview, final in-person interview and practical test, driving test, English proficiency test, and Q&A session.
■After Joining the Company
After joining, employees will obtain a Class 2 driver’s license at a driving school, complete driving training in Tokyo, learn hotel locations and road structures, and undergo a training period of approximately 1.5 to 2 months mainly focused on airport transfer duties. After debut, employees may begin work as driver guides based on test results and training evaluations.
