■Job Description

You will primarily handle customer service operations in the restaurant hall.
・Customer service and table management
・Wine management and service

・On-the-job training provided for service operations

Access: 15-minute walk from Karuizawa Station
Commute: on foot, by car, bicycle, or motorbike

■Working Hours

Variable work schedule system (monthly basis, 8-10 hours per day)
Shift system between 10:00-22:00
Break: 60-120 minutes
Shift flexibility available upon consultation

■Salary & Benefits

・Monthly salary: 300,000-400,000 yen (includes fixed overtime of 40 hours)
・Base salary: from 232,000 yen
・Fixed overtime allowance: from 68,000 yen
・Additional overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per month
・Sommelier-certified applicants: from 330,000 yen/month
・Salary determined based on experience and ability

・Approx. 110 days off per year
・Shift-based schedule (8-9 days off/month)

・Winter holiday (approx. 1 month)

■Qualifications

・Restaurant service experience (1 year preferred)
・JLPT N3 or above
・English-speaking ability preferred (for inbound guests)
・Sommelier certification welcome
