■Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be assigned to projects at partner manufacturers. You will leverage your current experience to promote development projects.
・Typical fields: product planning, structural design, module design, pattern design, thermal design, machining, testing, product inspection, assembly
・Project examples: electrical control design (PLC, ladder logic), circuit design (analog/digital), LSI/FPGA/IGBT design, production technology projects
■Evaluation & Career Development
From 2023, evaluation focuses not only on results but also growth process, allowing salary increases accordingly. Senior engineers can achieve 8,000,000-10,000,000 yen/year. Over 400 training curricula are available. Qualification support up to 100,000 yen. Corporate housing and career counseling system provided.
■Work Location
Assignments available across the Kanto region (Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama), based on candidate preferences.
■Working Hours
・Standard shift: 09:00-18:00
■Salary & Benefits
・Base salary: 250,000-550,000 yen/month (depending on skills and experience)
・Overtime and late-night allowance paid per minute
・Bonus: twice yearly (July, December)
・Salary increase: once yearly (April)

■Qualifications
・Experience in electrical engineering (circuit design, testing, evaluation/analysis, production engineering, quality assurance, maintenance, etc.)
