■Job Responsibilities

・Front desk reception including check-in, check-out, and guest guidance
・Handling room reservations via phone and internet
・Data entry and basic computer operations
・Guest support via phone and counter, providing information
・Use of language skills (English, Chinese, etc.) welcomed

■Work Location

Position assigned based on preferences and availability across 162 hotel locations nationwide.

■Working Hours

・Early shift: 7:00-16:00 / 8:00-17:00; Late shift: 13:00-22:00 / 14:00-23:00; Night shift: 22:00-07:00 / 23:00-08:00;
・Actual working hours: 8 hours (10-hour shift with breaks may apply)
・Shift-based schedule

■Days Off

・At least 8 days off per month
・104+ days off per year

■Salary & Benefits

・Base salary: from 182,000 yen/month (varies depending on hours)
・Bonus: twice yearly (performance-based, 2023 reference: 5.1 months, average 928,000 yen)
・Transportation expenses fully covered (per company rules, bicycle/motorbike commuting not allowed)

■Qualifications

・No specific academic background required
・Customer service experience
・Basic PC operation skills
・Friendly and welcoming demeanor
・Long-term employment possible
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 (Kanto, Osaka, Okinawa), JLPT N2 (other areas)
・English, Chinese, or Korean skills are a plus, but not required
